Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time (no more than 5 minutes early).  If you are going to be late please call or text or email.  If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication your appointment will be cancelled.  If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance you will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
